Born and raised in Chengdu, a city renowned for its comfort, tantalizing cuisine, and a rich history spanning over 4,000 years, I spent my childhood surrounded by the unique cultural heritage of my hometown. My journey began in this city of pandas 🐼, Szechuan spicy cuisine 🌶, mahjong 🀄, and traditional tea houses 🍵, before I ventured across the globe.

Music has been a significant part of my life; I am a certified clarinetist. I was an active member of the Sichuan Musicians Association, under the mentorship of Yi Zhu, presently the Deputy Director of the Music Department at Sichuan University.

My artistic pursuits also extend to Chinese Calligraphy, where I have achieved mastery. I had the privilege of being advised by Jialin Zheng, who currently serves as the Vice Chairman of both the Sichuan and Chengdu Calligraphers Associations.

I met my lovely wife 💌 at San Diego, California, when we were both 20. Our journey together took us from marriage in Montreal to a romantic honeymoon in Quebec City.
